For our La Cache wines we specialise in creating quality sparkling wines from premium parcels of Margaret River fruit. Crafted by the méthode traditionelle, traditional French winemaking methods, our wines are aged on lees for several years, enhancing their character and complexity while retaining lively, fresh fruit flavours.
With a delicate pale straw appearance. Displaying refined fruit aromas of citrus and nutty hints, with underlying rich bread and brioche characters. Stone fruit and citrus flavours jostle on the palate with complexities deriving from the extended sur lie maturation, yielding a wine of distinction.
94 Points - The WA Wine Guide 2022 - Ray Jordan
"This has just moved into that first stage of development when things really start to happen. Has a nutty, slightly toasty character on the nose which extended into the dry, savoury-influenced palate. A little butterscotch brittle plays in there too. The thing is, it's still showing life and a lively palate with some primary characters."
