Then made using the méthode traditionnelle, traditional French winemaking method, and aged on lees for several years, enhancing their character and complexity while retaining lively, fresh fruit flavours prior to release. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCrafted from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, both grown in Margaret River. The wine was originally bottled in April 2021, then disgorged in April 2026. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eA bright, beautiful pale gold in colour, this 2021 wine looks fabulously fresh, showcasing beautiful aromas of fresh baked sourdough, preserved lemon, hints of sweet spice complexity and a zippy saline note at the end.
