Crafted from 100% Margaret River Chardonnay and produced in limited quantities, the Reserve Blanc de Blanc represents the pinnacle of our sparkling winemaking philosophy. Made in our dedicated méthode traditionnelle facility, each bottle undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle before spending years maturing on lees, slowly developing elegance, depth and refinement.
Pale gold in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, the wine reveals layers of citrus, delicate brioche and subtle toasted notes. Extended lees ageing brings texture and complexity, while vibrant acidity maintains balance and freshness. Sophisticated yet approachable, it is equally suited to special celebrations or enjoyed alongside a beautifully prepared meal.
