As Margaret River's dedicated sparkling wine house, Frazer Woods has long embraced the belief that exceptional sparkling wine is shaped by patience, precision and time.
Our new release Reserve Blanc de Blanc is a reflection of that commitment.
Crafted from premium parcels of Margaret River fruit and produced entirely in-house at our dedicated méthode traditionnelle facility, this wine has been carefully nurtured through every stage of its journey. Secondary fermentation takes place in bottle before the wine spends years resting on lees, slowly developing the texture, complexity and finesse that define exceptional sparkling wine.

Unlike many sparkling wines, the Reserve Blanc de Blanc is not rushed to market. Each release is disgorged one pallet at a time, ensuring every bottle reaches its peak before it is shared. It is a meticulous process, but one we believe is essential to creating sparkling wine of distinction.
The result is a Blanc de Blanc of elegance and restraint.
Fine streams of bubbles give way to delicate citrus notes, layered with subtle brioche complexity and a beautifully persistent mousse. The palate is refined yet generous, balancing freshness and texture with remarkable precision.

Whether enjoyed as an aperitif, paired with freshly shucked oysters or shared over a long lunch with friends, the Reserve Blanc de Blanc is designed to elevate any occasion.
